Description of the Object

The trade center “Ligo” has been opened on the 27th of April, 2002. The selling space is 3000 m2. There are approximately 80 selling places in the center.

One of the principal tasks is to collect small Latvian companies together and to help them find their customers. Visitors of the trade centre will be astonished by the wide assortment of goods offered.

Here You can find a meat department, a fish pavilion, a specialized department of tea and spice, a household chemistry department, cosmetics, clothes, household equipment, repair and distribution of mobile phones, audio products, a book-shop, a bistro with a home-quality cuisine.

A great attention is paid to sanitary regulations. Thus, customers can be absolutely sure to buy any of the goods offered: freshness is guaranteed. There is a parking lot for 100 cars by the trade complex. The total value of the project was about 1 million lats. Thanks to the new trade center Ligo, more than 350 inhabitants of Jurmala have found a new job.
