The complex will be built in Jurmala, right at the sea coast in Pumpuri, address – 1 Piejūras street.

Concept

The company "Inter Unico" plans to build a modern sports and recreation complex. The complex "Cabourg" will be built as an original design building, shaped like a ship. It will consist of three levels. On the first level a Russian bath-house complex with separate ladies and gentlemen zones, locker-rooms for beach sports, shower stalls and cafe will be situated. On the second level a restaurant with 300 places, two bars, VIP room in the restaurant with 50 places and casino will be situated. These premises can be quickly transformed for conferences. The third level (deck) will house a summer cafe with 300 places, VIP restaurant and two small suites of rooms. The building will be equipped with two KONO elevators, which will take visitors comfortably to the third level of the complex.

On the territory close to the complex, there will be a leisure activities zone with sports grounds, sailing sports zone, summer cafe and a guarded parking lot with video observation for 200 cars and 20 busses. The project Cabourg will include the improvement of the whole territory, beach and dune area, building of access roads from Upes and Piejūras streets, footpaths, as well as planting of greenery on the nearby territory.

ПIn the construction of the complex the most up-to-date materials will be used and an original interior design will be created. The complex will harmonize perfectly with its environment.

The complex "Cabourg" will differ from others, thanks to its unique location – right at the seaside –, wide choice of services, good access roads and parking lots.

The clients will have the possibility to book hotel accommodations.
